Bufle brings bubble waffles and Asian cocktails to Soho.

The bubble waffle became renowned in Hong Kong thanks to its distinctive look and texture, so now Bufle have made it their mission to make the dessert famous in London. Using the traditional recipe, the light golden batter is cooked fresh to order and folded into a cone, where it holds cookies, gelato and more fun flavours. The eggs used in the waffles are all free range, too.

Punters can choose a variety of flavour combinations, including Funky Cereal Club, which is filled with bubble gum flavoured gelato, rainbow cereal and fresh strawberries. As for drinks, they are very Eastern-orientated, with the cocktail list containing options like white sake sangria, plum sake sour, as well as more traditional options like the strawberry bellini.
