Pachamama East invites diners to experience the diverse and exciting world of Peruvian cuisine, with flavours inspired by East Asia.
The multiple menus provide a wide choice of dishes, from the categories of Soil, Land and Sea, alongside bar snacks and Peruvian-inspired brunches from culinary creative director Mikkel Gregersen. In addition to this, the bar features pisco-driven nectars, a South American staple which is an amber-coloured brandy made of fermented grape juice, that will be given an Asian twist as well as bubble tea cocktails, wines, spirits and beer.
