Osteria Angelina

Founded by Joshua Owens-Baigler, Amar Takhar and Laura Horta, the team behind the much-loved Angelina in Dalston, Osteria Angelina marks the trio’s next evolution of their Italian–Japanese fusion philosophy. Executive chef Usman Haider leads the kitchen, drawing on years overseeing Angelina’s tasting menus and translating them into a more playful à la carte format. Expect everything from seasonal fresh pasta to big cuts of meat, fish and veg cooked over binchotan charcoal, alongside crudo, fritti and house-made breads. It’s a menu designed to share, with accessible pricing and standout dishes like kombu-cured bream, courgette flower with miso ricotta and truffle‑kissed tortellini.
