Noisy Oyster

Noisy Oyster seafood bistro is a futuristic seafood bistro located in the Norton Folgate development in Shoreditch. Founded by Madina Kazhimova and Anna Dolgushina (the team behind Firebird in Soho), the restaurant reimagines the traditional seafood diner into an upbeat, stylish space that balances refined British seafood with post-industrial design.

Designed by renowned artist and Crosby Studios founder Harry Nuriev, the restaurant presents a bold, monochromatic aesthetic blending stainless steel, metallic finishes, and exposed pipework. The work-in-progress, space-age look acts as a visual nod to traditional fishmonger counters while fitting into Shoreditch’s urban street style. 

Food highlights include oysters sourced through seasonal rotators, served with distinctive pairings such as a raspberry-shallot vinegar or smoked tomato water and horseradish crème fraîche. Small plates are creative coastal options including red caviar toast on Guinness bread, crab doughnut holes, crudo trios (bluefin tuna, monkfish, and scallop), and hasselback potatoes with bottarga.

To drink, you can enjoy a signature selection of mini Martinis (such as gin-and-vermouth or mezcal-based variations) served as pre-dinner aperitifs. There's also a low-intervention and natural wine list curated by sommelier Anna Dolgushina, focusing on small-scale European producers.
