Located downstairs from the Red Dog Saloon, this Hoxton Square restaurant boasts some of the finest fried chicken in the capital. Coated in buttermilk, paprika, garlic and brown sugar and fried in cayenne-infused oil, there's some spicy goods being served up at Louie's.
