Founded by Naples-born pizzaiolo Andrea Asciuti, also a co-founder of Bravi Ragazzi, the pizzeria now boasts permanent locations in Peckham and Shoreditch. The interiors reflect its playful, streetwise spirit: bold colours, graffiti-style artwork, and a DJ booth that nods to its deep ties with local culture and music.

The menu is rooted in traditional Neapolitan techniques, with 72-hour fermented dough, San Marzano DOP tomato sauce, and pizzas cooked at 450°C for 90 seconds. But 081 isn’t afraid to get creative - expect unconventional toppings like wurstel and chips, or Napoli-inspired tapas like aubergine meatballs and arancina.
