Located inside The Hoxton hotel in Shepherd's Bush, Chet’s is a lively Thai-American restaurant that blends the bold, smoky flavours of Thailand with the comforting spirit of a classic US diner. The concept comes from acclaimed Los Angeles chef Kris Yenbamroong, founder of the celebrated Night + Market group, bringing his signature fusion of punchy Thai cooking to West London.

The interiors strike a balance between laidback diner and stylish hotel restaurant, with plush banquette seating, marble-topped tables, warm lighting and tropical touches creating a vibrant yet relaxed setting. 

One of Chet’s biggest draws is its distinctive culinary perspective, crafted by head chef Carolyn Or. Rather than serving traditional Thai cuisine, Chet's takes inspiration from the Thai-American food culture of Los Angeles, resulting in dishes that are difficult to find elsewhere in London. Think everything from Thai nachos, a twist on the classic made with wonton crisps, pickles, larb spices and smoked chilli mayo to fan favourite Massaman curry, boasting a slab of slow-cooked beef rib served with roti.
