Brew

Description

The global boutique chain that is Brew has expanded it's territory to new fields in Putney. Renowned for its identity as an antipodean cafe specialising in not only the scorching beverage we know so fondly as coffee, but also an all day breakfast (expect eggs, lots of eggs) as well as generously stocked lunch and dinner menus.

Echoing the crisp cafe culture of French Parisienne eateries, Brew lives by the ideaology of being personal, honest and professional when it comes to service and their glorious grub. Drawing influence from all great European cuisines plus the flavours of Morocco, Turkey and America, the cafe-restaurant dynamo plates up everything from treacle cured bacon to the delectably Autumnal dish of a soft shell crab burger and even fresh from the clay oven pizzas! With more than a hunk of meat or two on the menu as well (see their rib-eye steak sandwich and start salivating), Brew definitely know the value of good food.

Hardly satisfying their name without the offering a good, solid brew; their drinks menu spells out extravagance itself with a range of coffee, tea, freshly squeezed juices, smoothies and shakes with a humble selection of cocktails matched by their beer offerings (look out for London's Meantime guys and gals).

Boasting an outside terrace area (sheltered in the winter months) and built with reclaimed timber to add a rustic edge, Brew's outdoor seating consists of beds and decking chairs for customers to truly lounge up the alfresco dining experience and take in the roasting scents of the BBQ they host over the weekend evenings. With their own herb garden as well as a 'La Luna' film evening on Wednesdays, this Putney restaurant is a palace of fresh pizzas, live entertainment, relaxed dining and a cracking brew.
