Ukrainian-inspired restaurant SINO can be found in the heart of Notting Hill, bringing a slice of relaxed European dining to West London. Founders Polina Sychova and chef Eugene Korolev have introduced a seasonal à la carte menu that thoughtfully reimagines authentic Ukrainian dishes using premium British and Ukrainian produce.

Diners can expect inventive culinary highlights such as scallop with melon, rosehip, and lovage, potato dumplings with morel mushrooms in a wild herb broth, and slow-cooked pork belly with beetroot and pickled plum.

The dining experience is matched by an innovative drink selection from Ukrainian mixologist Ana Reznik (formerly of A Bar with Shapes for a Name), who has crafted cocktails inspired by classic Ukrainian flavours, including a Buckwheat Milk Punch and Apple Bun.

Rounding out the offering is a thoughtfully curated wine list spotlighting Eastern European regions, featuring standout bottles from Georgia and Ukraine's coastal, family-run Beykush Winery.
