DIY Icing

Pop along to our Biscuit Boutique and Icing Café to get creative and try your hand at icing your very own biscuits. During this hour-long experience, you’ll be provided with four biscuits, edible decorations and up to five line icing colours, as well as a hand-illustrated gift box for your favourite design. You'll also get a hot drink, plus 10% off shopping in store!

School of Icing

All our School of icing classes teach you the techniques we use in the Grand Icing Hall at the Ministry of Biscuits. This in-depth class is 2 hours long and you’ll take home your very own tin of biscuits! You’ll master the skills needed to create some of our iconic biscuit designs, including line and flood icing, piping and feathering.

View our scheduled classes in the ‘what’s on’ section or book in for a private session, where you can choose your own theme and create your very own masterpiece to take home. Our expert icers are there to guide you through every step of the way. You’ll also get 10% off shopping in store with every class.

Afternoon Tea 

Our signature tea features a luxurious selection of delicate finger sandwiches, exquisite pâtisserie, freshly baked scones and our iconic hand-iced biscuits – all hand-made by our patisserie team. Served with our bespoke blend of Tregothnan tea, and for those special occasions or simply just because, why not include a glass of Biscuiteers fizz?

Little Afternoon Tea 

Introducing our Magical Children's Afternoon Tea. Their Little Afternoon Tea consists of delicious finger sandwiches, plain scones with house made jam and hand-iced biscuits, which are as tasty as they are fun! We’ve even added their very own mini patisserie! Choose from a soft drink for them. Whilst your little ones enjoy their high tea, you can browse our amazing selection of hand-iced delights with 10% off in store. 

Little School of Icing 

Calling all mini budding bakers and icers! The perfect option for your little one's birthday party, our Little School of Biscuiteers will teach them all the tips and tricks from the Grand Icing Hall whilst they ice their own collection of biscuits.

For a birthday party they won't forget, our Little School of Biscuiteers makes for an extra special experience. This experience includes all the biscuits, icing and decorations they will need to create a collection to take home with them, in one of our signature hand-illustrated boxes. They'll have their own expert icer on hand to teach and guide throughout, and each budding baker will receive a Biscuiteers apron and certificate of 'Biscuiteers Icing Brilliance' to take away. We have a huge range of biscuit designs to suit any occasion, and we can even make the day extra special with a bespoke birthday cake.

Icing Lates

Perfect for date nights, unwinding after work or an evening out with friends, our Icing Lates will provide you with all the tips and tricks that our icers use at the Ministry of Biscuits. Create your very own box of biscuits to take home, whilst sipping on a glass of Biscuiteers Prosecco. You'll also get 10% off shopping in store with every class! Our icing lates are on a Thursday evening, 6pm - 8:30pm.
