Join Astrit, Theo Randall at The
InterContinental restaurant Head Mixologist for our recurring
Negroni Masterclass to trace the history of the Negroni, explore
the origins of the recipe and discover the art of its
preparation.
During the 90-minute masterclass, you'll learn the art of perfecting three different Negroni—the Classico, Sbagliato and a personalized Negronificio experience—while enjoying a selection of classic cicchetti, including zucchini fritti, bruschetta mozzarella, focaccia and a seasonal ravioli or risotto.
While you prepare your own creations, a dedicated bartender from Theo’s team will be on hand to guide you through the recipe, while teaching you the history of the Negroni.
This intimate masterclass 6 - 8 people per session will end with Theo’s iconic Negronificio experience in which you can create your own bespoke Negroni – blending your own choice of gins, vermouths, and bitters to create a bespoke cocktail personal to you. Once happy with your signature Negroni, you will receive a personalized card with the recipe for your tailor-made tipple.
Theo Randall’s team will also store the details on the system – meaning next time you visit the restaurant ‘your usual’ will be ready for you.
