The dining experience here is strictly omakase, shifting daily depending on the absolute finest seasonal catches from both British waters and global purveyors. While the indulgent 22-course dinner menu pushes boundaries with ultra-premium ingredients at a punchy £380 per person, the restaurant also offers a slightly more compressed, 17-course lunch menu for £180 per person from Wednesday to Saturday.
