Tucked into the historic mews of Lancashire Court, moments from Oxford Street and New Bond Street, Latine is a high-end social dining destination that fuses French and South American cuisine. Executive Chef Francisco Lafee is Le Cordon Bleu-trained and honed his craft in Michelin-starred kitchens, including Centrale, El Celler de Can Roca and Barrafina, before travelling extensively across South America. Classic French technique provides the structure, while Latin American ingredients, bold flavours and vivid colour provide the soul.

Seafood sits at the heart of the offering, with a dedicated Crudo Bar bringing ceviches, tiraditos and tartares to the ground floor. Signature dishes include steak tartare with truffle mayonnaise and potato pavé, wild seabass with beurre blanc and ají amarillo, and chargrilled beef fillet with Périgord sauce and dark chocolate. The menu also features inventive dishes such as Boeuf Bourguignon Tacos, Duck Croquettes with guava and chipotle chutney, and a plantain tarte tatin.

Interiors by London-based designer Victoria Vogel move from a bright ground-floor crudo bar to a candlelit first-floor salon, a mural-wrapped private dining room and a basement lounge in lacquer, velvet and brass. The ground floor features limewashed walls, solid wood tables, bouclé seating and a marble-fronted crudo bar, with decorative tiling nodding to the seafood-led menu and a palette of cream, terracotta and pale timber.
