Celebrated Mexican chef Martha Ortiz has brought her delicious brand of cooking to London's InterContinental Hotel on One Park Lane in Mayfair. Known for her Dulce Patria restaurant in Mexico City, the chef has brought an authentic flavour of her home country to the UK.
Restaurant Ella Canta serves a tasting menu with seven types of 'mole' (sauces), as well as having a la carte dishes such as vampire ceviche with mango and sangrita, seafood and lobster pozole, and crispy pork with chiltomate sauce and pickled red onion. The venue also has a stand-alone bar which will serve mezcals and tequilas along with having its own small plates menu.
