Xier is created by Chef Carlo Scotto; his stamp on the quality of the food available is a result of his culinary experiences which have helped form an elaborate tasting menu. This has been passionately curated with meticulous detail from Chef Carlo. The menu comprises of the finest season ingredients, all of which are combined to create a divine ten-course tasting menu.

For drinks, Xier offers a varied and well stocked walk-in wine cellar with a selection chosen by the restaurant's handpicked sommeliers. There is also a swish list of cocktails, Champagnes and cognac, if you're looking to celebrate.
