Ooty

Description

Ooty is a fine dining concept inspired by South Indian cuisine and split into three parts. The main restaurant is overseen by Head Chef Manmeet Singh Bali, of the former Michelin-starred Vineet Bhatia London.

Meanwhile, the basement houses Ooty Club, a bar area replicating the look of colonial Indian lodges serving cocktails inspired by travels along the country’s railways. Upstairs will then house Ooty Station, which opens in Summer, serving lighter bites and quick snacks.
