The self confessed master sommelier and restaurateur Xavier Rousset is set to open another drinking and dining venture in Marylebone.
Expect a Mediterranean medley of cuisine drawing influence from rustic Italy and a 250 strong collection of wines. There will be feature vinos from regions across France with free monthly tastings held so you can peruse the notes of each bottle carefully.
The 40 cover restaurant will host the bar as the centre feature of the room and offer everything from Sunday Roasts to Sicilian Red Prawns, Duck and Fasson Cote Boeuf.
