Founded in Southern Brazil in 1979, the globally renowned Fogo de Chão brand is recognised for its authentic churrasco experience, combining expertly grilled meats, continuous tableside service and warm Brazilian hospitality. Rooted in Southern Brazilian culinary tradition, guests can enjoy premium cuts carved tableside by skilled gaúcho chefs alongside a vibrant Market Table featuring seasonal salads, fresh vegetables and Brazilian-inspired dishes. Set across an elegant first-floor dining room, the restaurant blends refined interiors with the energy of the City of London. Fogo de Chão Bishopsgate also features extensive Private Dining & Events facilities, including two private dining rooms and a semi-private dining space suitable for corporate events, networking occasions, celebrations and exclusive hire.
On the ground floor, Bar Fogo (formerly Fino by Fazenda) offers a more relaxed setting for cocktails, South American wines and lighter dining, while also providing a standalone destination for after-work drinks, weekend gatherings and private events. The bar combines rich leather seating, walnut-panelled interiors and a warm, relaxed atmosphere designed to transition effortlessly from early evening gatherings into later occasions. Bar Fogo also offers flexible spaces for exclusive hire and private events, creating a stylish setting for corporate socials, drinks receptions, celebrations and group occasions in the City of London.
Happy Hour is available daily from 3–7pm in Bar Fogo and the restaurant, featuring selected beers, South American wines and cocktails.
