Tucked inside Horizons Casino on Leicester Square, Ember has turned the idea of a night out into something worth talking about. Fire is at the heart of everything here; from charcoal-grilled meats and smoky mezze to perfectly seared seabass and bold Pan-Asian dishes, every plate carries that unmistakable depth that only live-fire cooking delivers. 

Step outside onto the heated terrace and you'll find shisha, handcrafted cocktails and a atmosphere that keeps going long after the West End shows have wrapped up (yes, we're open until 2am). Or settle in for something more intimate in the softly lit dining room, where the menu is just as at home for a lazy lunch as it is for a proper date night.

Open daily from 12pm, Ember is one of those rare spots that works for absolutely everything; pre-theatre, after-work drinks, long group dinners and everything in between. As the restaurant sits within a casino, guests need to be 18 or over and should bring a valid photo ID on the door.
