This elegant townhouse serves Afternoon Tea in The Dining Room. Enjoy a wide variety of menus from the traditional (which can be accompanied by Champagne) to dedicated menus for those wishing to dine from a vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free menu. Each tea showcases an assortment of finger sandwiches, pastries, and fresh scones served with clotted cream and preserves. 

The Egerton House Hotel also has their Doggy Afternoon Tea whereby guests bring their beloved four-legged friend for the ultimate indulgence. This Afternoon Tea certainly gets tails wagging with their tea stand and bespoke treats. Treat your pet to a treat that will get all tails wagging. Specially designed for your doggy and served in the Dining Room, this special Afternoon Tea includes a pooch-pleasing selection of treats. £30.00 per pooch. (Please be advised that a Doggy Afternoon Tea booking must be accompanied by at least one Adult Afternoon Tea reservation). Doggy Afternoon Tea is available on Thursdays and Sundays ONLY and a maximum of one dog per table.

While The Egerton doesn’t have a formal restaurant, guests are warmly invited to dine in-room or in the bar and lounge. The menu features a wide variety of dishes—from British classics like fish and chips or chicken pot pie to fresh salads and creative vegan and vegetarian options.

Breakfast & Weekend Brunch
Start your day with a delightful breakfast at The Egerton. Whether you prefer a continental spread or a hearty full English breakfast, you’ll find a variety of individual items to tailor your meal just the way you like it. The Egerton is also a lovely spot for a leisurely weekend brunch.

ShelleyTheArtist offers bespoke personal and dog portraits during the Egerton House Hotel Afternoon Tea sessions. As an artist with a passion for capturing stories, her drawings come to life, creating a one-of-a-kind portrait reflecting each pup's individual style and character.

This package includes:

• Three-hour Afternoon Tea session including the portrait sitting with Afternoon Tea for two people and Doggy Afternoon Tea for one pooch
• Bespoke A4 dog portrait in watercolour
• Picture mount and envelope to take portrait home

The Egerton House Hotel Martini Masterclass, led by the talented bar team, is the perfect dose of informative and enjoyable (not to mention delicious).

Commencing with an introduction to this beloved cocktail, your experience will begin by explaining the martini's history and origins. You will discover his top tips to make the perfect martini yourself. There will then be the opportunity to taste the magnificent martini creations, curated using homemade syrups, and enjoy a selection of delicate, seasonal canapés created by the talented Head Chef, David.
