Trawler Trash delivers daily fresh seafood to Islington, London. 

The venue combines the features of a fish and chip shop – preserving elements from former occupant Seafish, a chippie that served on the location for 50 years – with more contemporary London elements. The interiors are composed of polished concrete and exposed bricks surrounding an open kitchen, while the back of the restaurant plays host to a cocktail bar.

Trawler Trash serves up everything normally thrown away in favour of traditional catch, like pilchards, coley, sprat and crayfish. This is delivered daily to ensure that it’s always fresh, and means the menu is populated with dishes like grey mullet escabeche with carrots, red onion & bay, or kipper carbonara with peas & rocket.
