At the heart of Crisp is a team led by owner Carl McCluskey. His pizzas are baked 'low and slow' in electric bread ovens, giving them a crisp base and a perfectly chewy bite. The menu features hits like the pepperoni pie, 'nduja pie, and the indulgent vecna pie with burrata and hot honey. There’s also a four-cheese calzone and a Nutella calzone for those with a sweet tooth.
