Tiella Trattoria & Bar is a characterful, East London restaurant set within a restored Victorian pub on Columbia Road, bringing a warm, nostalgic take on Italian hospitality to the neighbourhood. Led by chef Dara Klein, the space is a deeply personal homage to her family’s trattoria roots, blending Pugliese heritage with Emilia‑Romagna influences and a strong connection to seasonal British produce. 

The venue retains much of its original pub charm, with wood panelling, vintage finds and reclaimed materials creating an intimate, lived‑in feel. A 30-cover dining room sits alongside a lively 15-seat bar, while an outdoor terrace adds to its informal, sociable appeal. The atmosphere is effortlessly buzzy and romantic.
