Caldera

Description

Lead by a former senior chef at Roka, Caldera is an exciting new restaurant on Mare Street serving up the classic Mexican dishes we all know and love, like their famous supreme nachos which is loaded with melted cheese, guacamole, pico de gallo and grilled vegetables.  They also have a few of their own special dishes like the broccoli topped with a gravy-like sauce that is completely vegan or the exotic grilled octopus marinated in black chicilo ashes.

A combination of the classics and more refined specialties, Caldera is a great plate for parties of all sizes from a date night to a birthday party.
