Bing Bong Pizza

Bing Bong Pizza is a bold and playful pizza pop-up located inside You Call The Shots (YCTS), an eclectic bar on Morning Lane in Hackney, East London. The venue itself is a maximalist fever dream—think leopard print carpets, velvet curtains, disco balls, and red-lit bathrooms -blending the feel of a 1930s Soho speakeasy with Pat Butcher’s living room. The centrepiece is a large communal table perfect for group gatherings, while the soundtrack leans into synthy funk, setting the tone for a louche, late-night slice session.

The kitchen is helmed by Rich Goodwin, a seasoned “pizza king” with a pedigree that includes Mike’s in Peckham, Flor, Hart Bageri in Copenhagen, and Flout! Pizza in Belfast. Bing Bong specialises in NYC Nonna-style square pies—thick, indulgent slabs with inventive toppings like wild garlic pesto, squash purée, or sage and vinegar mushrooms. The menu is cheeky and creative, with names like “April O’Neil” and “Mercer On The Dancefloor,” and everything is available by the slice.
