The world famous and Michelin-starred Serge et le Phoque restaurant in Hong Kong has gone west, bringing a taste of the luxe life to Fitzrovia. Located in the stunning Mandrake Hotel, you can expect a simple, yet stunning decor, with muted tones and extravagant fixtures. 

Restauranteurs Frederic Peneau and Charles Pelletier have teamed up with expert sommelier the Clove Club's Bert Blaize to shake up the capital's culinary scene. The daily changing menu leans towards classic dishes, paying homage to head chef Frédéric Peneau’s Spanish and French roots. Think Jamon Iberico, suckling pig and seared scallops with peach, artichoke and portague, all designed to be shared.
