Santa Maria Fitzrovia
- No reviews.
The third site from Ealing's most lauded pizza place, Santa Maria Fitzrovia is fabled to be the only independently-owned pizza restaurant in Zone 1. Seating 40 covers, this no-booking restaurant situated beneath the BT Tower has stayed true to its Neapolitan roots, with everything from the tomatoes to the stones used to build the ovens sourced from around Naples. Ever the family-friendly spot, Santa Maria prides itself on its welcoming atmosphere and independent spirit.
While their menu has always been a great success, as proven by the popularity of its Chelsea location and original Ealing branch, with this new Central venue, owners have opted to cater for current trends through the addition of vegan options as well as looking into collaborations with chefs from outside their own kitchen.
Decorated to evoke the image of the Italian coffee bars that sprung up around London in the 1960s, Santa Maria Fitzrovia has an element of the Art Deco to it, with flashes of pinks, yellows and greens bringing a retro feel to the building.
