Description
Mareida, located in the heart of Fitzrovia, London, is a groundbreaking fine-dining venue that brings the spirit of Chilean cuisine and culture to the UK. Designed by Chilean creatives Macarena Aguilar and Mále Uribe, the space is a sensory homage to Chile’s diverse landscapes, featuring volcanic stone walls, copper-accented woodwork, and hand-dyed textiles. The atmosphere is warm yet sophisticated, with curated Chilean art.
The menu, crafted by chefs Trinidad Vial Della Maggiora and Carolina Bazán, reimagines traditional Chilean dishes with modern finesse. Signature plates include milcao (potato pancake with fresh cream and caviar), currasco (slider with Chilean Mollendo wagyu and brown butter), and ricotta rovailo with egg yolk and morels.
