- Restaurant Bar
The second opening from this casual Asian-inspired eatery, Flesh & Bone Fitzrovia specialises in the same meat and steamed-bun heavy menu as the original Seven Dials location. Based in the Copyright Building, the Berners Street restaurant is part of the same restaurant group as the hugely popular Bone Daddies franchise and the much lauded Shackfuyu on Old Compton Street.
A cool and relaxed spot perfect for some quick grub, the restaurant menu ranges from a five-course tasting menu, to snacks and small plates that act as the perfect accompaniment to a few after-work drinks. The highlight of its menu is of course the steamed buns - gua bao. Soft and melt-in-the-mouth, diners are invited to fill their buns with ingredients of their choosing, such as crispy piglet belly, miso grilled aubergine, salmon teriyaki and wagyu rump steak.
