Description
Led by head chef Karla Knowles (formerly of Kiln), in partnership with Edouard and Romain Bourrillon (of Maisons Vivantes), PAM is an exciting Thai-inspired live-fire cooking restaurant in the heart of Farringdon. Here, you'll find traditional Thai flavours with British seasonal produce and European techniques.
The space is sleek, moody, and artsy, lending itself to DJs, art exhibitions, and an all-round social space, as well as a 45-seat dining room with an open kitchen where you can see the team at work.
Menu highlights include very moreish red curry sticky rice balls, Khao soi noi (rice pancake with egg and pickled mustard greens), and toasted duck breast curry with French fries - a playful take on the French classic which begs you to mop up that fiery sauce with the fries.
