Offering a simple menu of their chicken breast strips, with a choice of hot sauce and lime mayo, and an order of cajun fries, Mother Clucker has been able to perfect their recipe for customers and to focus on the chicken. 

Bringing their truck around the city, they can often be found on Brick Lane or can now be reachable some days through Deliveroo Editions, enabling start-ups to cook in their collective kitchens.
