Description
First appearing in Knightsbridge 20 years ago, Chicago Rib Shack has opening their fifth London venue in Aldgate East. The restaurant has taken over the old site of Copita Del Mercado and has seating for 125 people.
The menu features the same style of Americana cuisine as the other venues; meat is cooked and smoked over applewood and there are dishes such as ribs and burgers.
As well as serving cocktails, the restaurant does a range of hard shakes which are milkshakes infused with alcohol. The cocktail menu is split in two and features classics such as Cosmopolitans and Mojitos and the second half is designed by cocktail supremo The Spirit Cartel.
