Sitting pretty in the Grade I listed Columbia Wharf building that dates back to the 17th Century, Columbia is a historic dining experience perched on the London Docklands. 

Taking up a riverside spot, Columbia is a restaurant, bar and BBQ terrace for atmospheric drinking and dining throughout the day as part of the DoubleTree by Hilton London Docklands. Inspired by the naval heritage of the local Rotherhithe area, Columbia knocks out maritime charm with Modern leanings so you can relax in comfort and something of a luxuriant ambiance. The interior décor is an amalgamation of all different materials, incorporating woods, steel, brick and glasswork to create something of a nautical wonderland. You'll find statement gilded mirrors, exposed concrete and plush leather seating as well as a generous terrace area perfect for alfresco drinking and dining. There's also a cigar terrace to be taken advantage of where views across the river and London's iconic skyline can be reaped. 

The food offering comes steeped in British tradition with some international influence to create a menu of classic dishes with a hand crafted twist. Try their Spiced Cod Loin served with Risotto and Shallots. The cocktails also come of the classic nature, sure to satisfy any liquor lusting you may have. Their signature Miel 7 tipple is something to consider: a heady mix of Havana Rum, honey, Angostura bitters and orange juice. 

Entertainment comes in the form of live music every Thursday and there's chance to take advantage of their delightful Afternoon Tea every day as well as a cheeky bottomless Prosecco brunch on Sundays.
