Delamina brings Eastern Mediterranean food to Marylebone.
Brought to you by the married team of Amir and Limor Chen – the same who head Strut and Cluck in Shoreditch – the menu draws its influence from Limor’s origins, being the daughter of parents from Russian and Iran and born in Tel Aviv.
The aim with the dishes is to deliver healthy eating with vibrant flavours, with dishes like charcoal-grilled ras-el-hanout and honey-glazed poussin, with roasted sweet potato, as well as chermoula-glazed cod with Israeli cous cous, artichoke, wild za-atar and yogurt. The drinks consist of Israeli and Lebanese wines and a cocktail list of mixes using the aromatic herbs and spices in the kitchen.
