The aim with the dishes is to deliver healthy eating with vibrant flavours, with staples like charcoal-grilled ras-el-hanout and honey-glazed poussin, with roasted sweet potato, as well as chermoula-glazed cod with Israeli cous cous, artichoke, wild za-atar and yogurt. The drinks consist of Israeli and Lebanese wines and a cocktail list of mixes using the aromatic herbs and spices in the kitchen.
