Tucked away in Somerset House’s New Wing, Spring feels like a hidden gem come to life. This former 19th-century drawing room is awash with natural light, has lovely high ceilings, and even an indoor garden–style atrium for year-round charm. It’s calm, elegant, and wonderfully welcoming.
Chef Skye Gyngell - she’s the Aussie star behind the Michelin-starred Petersham Nurseries - brings her seasonal, no-fuss style to Spring. Think honest, seasonal British and European dishes that let great ingredients shine. There’s a cheeky 'Scratch' menu for pre-theatre dining, made from bits you’d normally toss, and it all blends sustainability with flavour. What's more, they went fully single-use plastic-free back in 2019.
