Natural materials create a relaxed space featuring exposed concrete columns, polished copper and marble tables as well as small-scale crafted vintage furniture. Everything is made fresh onsite, from the handmade pasta right down to the dried fruit used in the bar’s superb selection of cocktails – of which, of course, there are several interpretations of Pisco Sours and Negronis.
