Our special Valentine’s Day menu captures the warmth of modern dining with Mediterranean and South American influences — perfect for sharing unforgettable moments together. Begin your evening with a delicate Sea Bass Ceviche with avocado, corn and red onion, or the rich indulgence of Beef Carpaccio dressed with truffle oil and aged parmesan. Indulge in the bold flavours of Crispy Peppered Calamari with ají panka mayo or our Robata King Prawns infused with rocoto spice. For your main, delight in tender Crispy-Skinned Sea Bass Fillets with samphire and spicy lemon dressing, or luxuriate in our Pecorino and Truffle Tortellini finished with a silky parmesan crème.
