Taking over the 140-cover Jamie Oliver's Union Jacks site, this Covent Garden eatery brings a taste of Floridian dining to Central London. The health-focused restaurant aims to combine fast food with fine dining as its kitchen serves up delicious burgers, steamed buns, salads and steak sandwiches. Based in such a tourist-heavy area has meant that the restaurant has adapted its American-concept for a more international audience.
The restaurant is the first bricks and mortar location the restaurant concept has had on UK soil. Until now it's only venue within the British Isles is a delivery only kitchen in Canary Wharf. While it used to operate a restaurant in its native Miami, this recently closed leaving it as just a take-out destination in Florida City.
