With over ten years experience working in the catering industry, chef Leyton Angell, has created ‘The Sour Angell’ – a nod to his passion for all things a little different, a little pickled and a little sour.

Having a career that spans private and corporate functions in the wedding and events industry, Leyton’s extensive experience and skills covers a broad culinary spectrum.

Now focusing his passion and creative talents on what he loves most, creating unique taste-tingling seasonal dishes, Leyton launches a select number of Supper Clubs in London this summer.  Guests can expect to go on a seasonal Mediterranean tour with a few trademark ‘Sour Angell’ touches. 

Come and enjoy this tasting experience and a bespoke drinks pairing in the stylish interior of Boki, in the heart of Seven Dials, Covent Garden.
