Description
Ave Mario in Covent Garden is a dazzling Italian trattoria that feels like stepping into a Florentine dream. With its bold interiors featuring six-metre-high ceilings, velvet booths, checkerboard floors, and a jaw-dropping display of 3,500 bottles above the central bar, the space is a playful blend of retro glamour and modern flair.

The menu, crafted by Chef Gianluigi, is a celebration of indulgent Italian classics with a twist, such as slow-fermented biga pizzas, carbonara served tableside in a 4kg wheel of pecorino, giant carbonara ravioli, and a show-stopping 850g T-bone Fiorentina.
