While the food isn’t strictly traditional, it’s rooted in Chinese flavours and techniques, with dishes like lamb and coriander potstickers and turnip cake with Chinese sausage. Founded by Bec Wharton and Kristian Leontiou, the team also runs dumpling workshops and supper clubs, adding a community-focused element to the experience.
