Having successfully created London's first gin hotel and the popular Portobello Road Gin, the group behind The Distillery are expanding east with this new opening in Exmouth Market. 

Inspired by their Notting Hill venue, Tonica will be a Spanish restaurant and gin bar. The menu will be tapas-heavy with Basque and Spanish plates that include cold meats, seafood and patatas bravas. Copernicus the Second, the gin still that made the first bottle of Portobello Road Gin, will be in the basement, though for this venue, it will be cooking up concoctions such as avocado vodka and butter gin.

In keeping with sister restaurant GinTonica, Tonica will have a huge selection of gins and will serve them in Spanish style goblets, with fresh garnishes.
