Mei Ume

Opened in the new Four Seasons at Ten Trinity Square, Mei Ume is an Asian restaurant that specialises in Japanese and Chinese cuisine. Alongside dishes such as Peking duck and crispy baby squid, there is a live sushi station serving the likes of spicy tuna with karashi and parmesan flakes, and BBQ Wagyu beef with caramelised onions.

The restaurant has a distinctly Asian theme, with space for 48 covers along with a silk screen suspended between two pillars and bar and private dining room. The bar menu is full of Japanese treats from whiskey to sake and shochu, as well as, a fusion cocktail list.
