Elevate to the 14th floor of Hotel Saint in Aldgate and experience the breathtaking views of London's most iconic skyline. Explore the rooftop terrace and cast your eyes upon the fantastic views of Tower Bridge, the Shard, the Walkie Talkie, the Gherkin and more. The interior design offers a sleek and contemporary finish with small touches of yellow and a contrasting dark marble floor blending nicely with an Asian inspired bar.
Browse through the carefully curated cocktail menu that takes you through a journey of mixology, transforming the most unique ingredients into unexpected treasures, such as Dragon Air, a Fizz from a Rose and Butterfly Punch. Dragon Air is a cocktail inspired by a white Negroni but the gin will be replaced with an Asian spirit known as Baijiu that emits strong flavours of pear and chocolate, a Fizz from a Rose will combine kaffir lime, rose liquor, egg white and ginger beer and be served as a long drink with soda and the Butterfly Punch is a traditional punch recipe with a Jasmine tea Asian twist.
Outside terrace closes at 11pm.
