With organic and ethically sourced dishes, Flavour Garden in the City is a brilliant lunch spot as well as a casual dinner restaurant. The restaurant serves 'grab and go' lunches from their deli counter along with cold-pressed juices and if larger meals if you want to sit in.

In the evening there is a relaxed dining atmosphere and the restaurant serves dishes such as oysters topped with various flavours, slow-cooked beef with wine gravy and there is a self-service wine dispenser. There is also be an electronic ordering system for evening service.

Flavour Garden's interiors are casual and relaxed; the upstairs dining area has armchairs and comfy seating and potted plants line the walls. All food comes from a sustainable source and alcohol can be added to cold-pressed juice to make a healthy(ish) cocktail. There is also be a loyalty card that gives regulars discounts, special offers and 'random acts of kindness'.
