Cabotte is a new London restaurant with two exclusive dining rooms that pairs freshly prepared French dishes with its diverse and seemingly never-ending French wine list. Run by two leading sommeliers, Xavier Rousset and Gearoid Devaney, the restaurant sits in the shadow of St Paul's, nestled neatly in London's financial centre and walking distance from Bank underground station.
Cabotte showcases some of the finest produce of the Burgundy's leading vineyards, and is home to a staggering array of fine wines. From crisp white wines to flavoursome reds created using grapes grown in Burgundy's rain-kissed soil, the expert team put on a show, bringing together tastes from all over France and offering it to their intrigued customers.
To enhance the tastes and balance the flavours, the venue's kitchen plates up a menu of both traditional French classics and a handful of modern twists. Imagine Pappardelle pasta served with French asparagus, cep velouté & wild garlic, and Stuffed lamb saddle served with roast sweetbread & braised leg, potato fondant & wild garlic.
