Tucked away just minutes from Liverpool Street and Moorgate stations, Bar Douro is the second site from Max Graham following the successful London Bridge location. Interiors are just as important here, with hand-painted azulejos tiles and mosaic flooring taking centre stage. With room for 66 diners, there's counter dining, table options and a sheltered outdoor terrace with room for 22 alfresco diners. 

The menu is split between petiscos (snacks), pratinhos (small plates) and pratos (large plates), with an emphasis on sharing. Watch as staple dishes like bacalhau, garlic potatoes and octopus with sweet potato are whipped up in the open kitchen. Expect Portuguese craft beer, port and wine from independent wineries; perfectly paired with a signature pasteis del nata for dessert.
