Aviary has teamed up with Digme fitness, for a pop-up summer series like no other.
‘HIIT the Roof’, a workout set to the stunning backdrop of the City’s iconic skyline, is based on Digme’s HIIT programme and its three pillars Run, Condition & Move and led by Digme’s Head of Fitness, Dan Little.
Each class lasts 50 minutes and will be followed by smoothies on the Aviary terrace. Why not add a well-deserved breakfast - from a specially created menu designed to provide the perfect refuel?
