UEFA Nations League at Bat & Ball Covent Garden - Spain

1. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring before, during or after the event. The ticket holder agrees that the management, venue, event participants, DesignMyNight (WFL Media Ltd), and their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employees are released from any claims arising from such causes, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

2. Tickets are issued subject to these terms and conditions and the rules and regulations of the venue. Entry is subject to venue capacity, security requirements and manager approval. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission where necessary.

3. Please check your tickets carefully upon receipt, as mistakes cannot always be rectified. It is the ticket holder’s responsibility to check the date and time of their booking and any information provided by the venue or promoter.

4. Events may occasionally be cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If an event is cancelled, ticket holders will be provided with information regarding any applicable refund or alternative arrangements. If an event is moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may apply refund limitations. It is the ticket holder’s responsibility to check the date and time of any rearranged event.

5. Every effort will be made to admit latecomers at a suitable break in the event. However, late admission cannot always be guaranteed and will remain subject to the venue’s capacity and operational requirements.

6. Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase, except where a refund is required by law or specifically provided for in the event of cancellation or other circumstances determined by the promoter or venue.

7. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter’s right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond their reasonable control. Such changes will not automatically entitle ticket holders to a refund or ticket exchange unless required by law or otherwise confirmed by the promoter or venue.

8. If a ticket is resold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or an authorised sub-agent, the ticket may become void and the holder may be refused entry or ejected from the venue.

9. The venue operates a No Smoking Policy. Guests must comply with all venue smoking and vaping restrictions.

10. The promoter, venue management and DesignMyNight accept no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged personal property.

11. Some events may initially operate under the venue’s usual under-18 policy. However, as Spain progresses throughout the tournament, the venue may change an event to 18+ where required. If an event becomes 18+, the 18+ requirement will override the venue’s usual under-18 policy for that specific event. The venue will contact affected booking holders where this change applies.

12. Plastic glasses may be used on certain evenings where required for safety, licensing or operational reasons.

13. Large groups may be allocated a combination of seated and standing areas depending on availability, capacity and venue requirements. Bookings do not guarantee that an entire group will be seated together unless this has been specifically confirmed by the venue.

14. Activities, games and other facilities may be restricted, changed or unavailable on the evening due to event requirements, capacity, safety, licensing or operational reasons. Availability of these facilities is not guaranteed as part of the ticket purchase unless specifically stated otherwise.

15. Groups of more than 10 guests will be required to provide a £5 per person pre-authorisation. This is not a charge and will not be taken as payment for the booking. The pre-authorisation may be retained in accordance with the venue’s cancellation and no-show policy.

16. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled booking time. Where a booking for more than 10 guests is cancelled within 48 hours of the booking, or where guests fail to attend without providing the required notice, the £5 per person pre-authorisation may be retained.

17. The venue may make reasonable changes to seating arrangements, standing areas, activities, games, service arrangements and other operational aspects of the event where necessary to ensure the safe and smooth running of the venue.

18. Guests must comply with all reasonable instructions from venue management and staff. Failure to comply with venue rules, these terms and conditions or staff instructions may result in refusal of entry or removal from the venue without refund, where permitted by law.

19. By purchasing or holding a ticket, the ticket holder confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions and the venue’s rules and regulations.
