Founded by four partners with a shared passion for food, wine, design and hospitality, we bring together seasonal cooking and a contemporary, welcoming atmosphere.

“For me, Italian cooking starts with respect for the ingredients. I grew up in Marche, on Italy’s Adriatic coast, where seafood, seasonality and simplicity are at the heart of the table. At Baccalà, I bring those traditions into a contemporary kitchen, working with fresh, seasonal produce and letting the ingredients speak for themselves.
