Escape London city life and enter the exclusive haven of Ayllu. With its warming dark green interior and comfortable plush seating, Ayllu will transport you to South America through a tantalising menu of fusion dishes.
This Japanese-Peruvian fusion restaurant, located beneath the grounds of Paddington Central, is a celebration of vibrant flavours, showcasing the very best contemporary Nikkei cuisine, which is based on the Incan tradition of sharing.
Expect an innovative menu, with Peru's much-loved ceviche dishes, as well as sushi and sashimi for the whole table to enjoy. Here you’ll find exotic main dishes and refreshing desserts. Look out for plates of grilled salmon served with seaweed and baked baby chicken drizzled with aji panca and aji Amarillo sauce.
The tasting menu experience that features the very best dishes chosen by the chef will take you on a culinary journey.
